City of Beatrice is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified developers for the  the preparation of a feasibility study and strategic plan to target and attract “right size” businesses and companies to Beatrice for the new downtown, ensuring that the project results in the cultivation of “right sized” small and emerging businesses along the corridor, leading to job creation, and sustainable economic development.
