City of Beatrice, Nebraska (City) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested
parties for the redevelopment of the former Cedar School Site in Beatrice, Nebraska. This may include the
redevelopment of Cedar School, the demolition of Cedar School, or the development of the approximately
9.01 acres surrounding the school. The City does require the installation of a public park on the Cedar
