The Beatrice Police Department is involved in many community events throughout the year.

Our officers take pride in being a part of our community and developing a relationship with all of our citizens.

It is important to us that our citizens have this connection as a way for them to feel safer knowing our officers are doing all they can to protect them.

Community Connections

Community Connections is an event in which officers, dispatchers, and support staff meet with members of the public in order to gather important information for those with special needs which is used to assist during emergency responses.

Lunch With a Cop

Lunch with a Cop allows our officers to have 1-on-1 time and build positive relationships with the youth in our community.

Special Olympics

The Beatrice Police Department continues to partner with our Special Olympics Community to advocate for acceptance and inclusion.

In March, the athletes again put up a great fight and won in our annual basketball scrimmage at The Beatrice High School.

Stuff the Cruiser

Stuff The Cruiser is a donation based event that allows children in Beatrice and the surrounding area to receive Christmas gifts.
