The City of Beatrice is accepting sealed bids for the 7^th Street, Arthur to Monroe, Concrete Reconstruction Project - 2026.  Bids should be mailed or hand delivered to:

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that bids are received prior to 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2026, regardless of the method of delivery.  Bids for the 7^th Street, Arthur to Monroe, Concrete Reconstruction Project - 2026 will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Conference Room, 400 Ella Street, Beatrice, Nebraska. 

The project is briefly described as follows:  n general, the improvements on which bids are requested will require the removal of 3,045.9 square yards of existing sidewalk, driveways and pavement, 27 linear feet of existing 36-inch concrete storm sewer pipe and 2 existing concrete storm sewer inlet structures.  It requires the installation of 140.4 square yards of 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 70.7 square yards of 6-inch concrete driveways, 2,794.7square yards of 8-inch concrete pavement with integral curb, 97 linear feet of class III concrete storm sewer pipe ranging from 15-inch to 30-inch diameter,  2 concrete storm sewer 72-inch standard curb inlets, and other incidentals as indicated in the Contract Documents.
