Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Beatrice, Nebraska until 10:00 a.m. on April 16, 2026, for mowing services for various city properties for the 2026 season.  Mowing services shall include mowing, trimming, and removal of debris on sidewalks and parking lots. Bids should be mailed or hand delivered to:

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that bids are received prior to 10:00 a.m. on April 16, 2026, regardless of the method of delivery.  Bids will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Conference Room, 400 Ella Street, Beatrice, Nebraska.   All communications related to this bid prior to submitting bids shall be directed to: Mark Pethoud, Public Properties Director, 400 Ella Street, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310, telephone (402) 228-5209.  The City of Beatrice reserves the right to waive technicalities and reject any and all bids.    

●    Bids shall be submitted on a per mowing basis for each parcel separately.
●    You do not have to bid on each parcel.
●    The term will be for thirty (30) mowings for the 2026 season.
