The Beat is a biannual publication designed for Beatrice residents and stakeholders, offering valuable insights into City government operations. Each edition provides important updates, highlights initiatives, and shares resources to keep the community informed about local governance and activities. With its accessible format, The Beat aims to strengthen connections between the City and its residents while promoting transparency and engagement.

This publication is distributed to residents in two ways. For those who receive paper utility bills, it is included as an insert with the bill. However, for residents who are paperless and receive their utility bills electronically, The Beat is sent to them via email. This email will come from the address noreply@xpressbillpay.com
