Cash Reserve Policy

The Mayor and City Council of Beatrice recognize the importance of maintaining healthy reserve funds to ensure strong financial management for our community. These reserves help the City prepare for unexpected challenges, such as economic downturns, emergencies, uninsured losses, or sudden expenses, without reducing services or raising rates for residents. To support this goal, the City has adopted a Cash Reserve Policy.
