Community Redevelopment Authority
The Community Redevelopment Authority (CRA) consists of five members who are residents of the city. The members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. The CRA review and make recommendation to the City Council regarding Tax Increment Financing (TIF) projects.

The CRA meets on an as needed basis.
