Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for enforcing the City of Beatrice Municipal Codes regulating nuisance violations.  Nuisance violations include: trash, junk, abandoned or junked motor vehicles, tires, piles of limbs and branches, weeds, overgrown grass, and dilapidated structures.

Complaints

When filing a complaint, please include the following information: 

1. the complete address of the nuisance property;
2. the nature of the complaint; and
3. your name and telephone number, so we may contact you if we have any questions.
