Highway 136/Court Street Resurfacing Project Update
The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) reports that Phase II (mill and overlay) work is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 19, 2026.
From 21st Street to 2nd Street, crews will work from east to west, one lane at a time, in the following order:
- Westbound lane
- Eastbound lane
- Center turn lane
Please watch for construction signs, use caution in work zones, and consider an alternate route when possible.
A reminder to our community: Court Street businesses are OPEN during construction! Traffic can access businesses via adjacent streets or alleys, where available.
