Downtown Business Recruitment Community Survey

The City of Beatrice has partnered with J.A. Analysis Group to develop a Business Recruitment Feasibility Study and a Downtown Strategic Plan. Funded largely through a USDA Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG), this effort will update and build on the downtown revitalization plan completed more than 10 years ago.

These studies will help the City better understand the needs and opportunities in our downtown area, identify potential business recruitment opportunities, and establish priorities for future improvements. Having current studies and strategic plans also helps the City pursue grant funding and other resources to support projects that benefit our community.

Your input is an important part of this process!

We encourage residents to participate in the Downtown Beatrice Community Survey and share their thoughts, ideas, and preferences for downtown. The survey focuses primarily on the types of businesses and amenities community members would like to see in our downtown.

Survey responses, along with study findings, will help guide future downtown priorities, programs, and projects based on the community's needs and preferences.
