Selling Goods on Public Property

Approval from the City of Beatrice is required for any person to sell or offer for sale or peddle goods, wares, or merchandise upon public property owned by the City of Beatrice, including, but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, parking lots, and within public buildings. To request permission to sell goods on public property:

1. Download the PDF document below, print, and drop off your completed form to the City Clerk's Office; or
2. Complete the web form below.

Please submit your request at least two (2) business days prior to the date you would like to begin selling upon public property. City Officials will review your request, and you will be notified of the outcome via telephone or email.
