Peddler Permits

Beatrice City Code requires any person engaging in activity as a peddler within the city to first have applied for and obtained a permit to do so. Applications are available at the City Clerk’s Office, 400 Ella Street, or online.

The following must be furnished by the applicant:

• Copy of I.D. or Driver’s License.
• Fingerprints obtained at the Sheriff’s Department; fees may apply.
• Criminal history researched by the Police Department; fees may apply.

The Peddler Permit fee must be paid at the City Clerk’s Office before the Peddler Permit issuance.
