Liquor Licenses

Applications

All applications relating to liquor licenses are made through the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.  Applications for liquor licenses within the corporate limits are reviewed by the City Council.  Their recommendation for approval or denial is then forwarded to the Liquor Control Commission, who issues the licenses. 

The City of Beatrice oversees the liquor licenses for establishments located within the corporate limits.  All applications outside the corporate limits are reviewed by the Gage County Board.
