Ways to schedule an inspection

Inspection Times

In order to best serve our customers, inspections are performed Monday thru Friday. 

Please allow a 4-hour notice for scheduling. 

Exceptions:  Roofing related inspections will be allowed a two (2) hour notice.  (Every attempt will be made to accommodate all permit holders.)

Final inspections require a minimum of one 48-hours lead time. 

All inspection scheduling is based upon space available.  Re-inspections are based on space available and may require re-inspection fees paid in advance.
