NGage Executive Director Open Until May 21st, 2012
NGage is a new organization that has recently incorporated with a Board of Directors comprised
of public and private sector leaders. Both Gage County and the City of Beatrice have pledged
significant financial support to start operations.
The Executive Director will conduct and supervise the day-to-day responsibilities associated with
industrial and commercial development activity in Gage County, the effective implementation of
the Economic Development Strategic Plan, and monitoring the availability of relevant state and
federal grants. The Executive Director is responsible for the daily operations of the program,
including the successful implementation of a Board approved annual program of work which will
include: maintenance and handling of new business prospects and development activity of
businesses in the area, small business and entrepreneurial development, and assisting with
workforce development issues.
The position requires the ability, skills, and leadership necessary to conduct a variety of
development activities which are consistent with the goals of NGage.
Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned from time to time.

Chautauqua Park Camphost
(April through October) The City of Beatrice is seeking an individual or couple to camp host during the 2012 season at Chautauqua Park in Beatrice, Nebraska. There are (20) campsites with full hook-ups in Chautauqua Park along with covered picnic shelters and hike/bike trails. The camp host is required to camp on the premises in order to assist campers. The camp host is provided a campsite w/full hookups in exchange for the following duties (registration, assist in fee collection, daily cleaning of restrooms and trash pickup and reporting emergencies to park staff).
