‘‘Mission Statement’’

 Adopted City Codes, Zoning Codes, Building Codes and Regulations play an integral role in maintaining the quality of life and safe construction practices in the City of Beatrice. It is our mission to protect and serve the citizens in Beatrice through the fair and ethical enforcement of all adopted city codes, zoning codes, building codes and standards. An efficient administration, qualified professional staff, ongoing citizen and customer education efforts, and active enforcement on new and existing construction to include housing and property maintenance standards accomplish this. Assisting contractors and the general public with meeting the requirements of all adopted codes and regulations to a mutually beneficial solution is our goal.
