The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for enforcing the City of Beatrice Municipal Codes regulating nuisance violations.
Nuisance violations range from: trash, junk, garbage bags, abandoned or junk vehicles, old tires, piles of old limbs and branches, weeds, overgrown grass, dilapidated structures just to name a few. |

The City of Beatrice requires property owners within the City to maintain grass and/or weeds at a height of twelve inches (12") or less. For more information, visit our Weed Control page. |
Complaints
When filing out the complaint, please include the following information: The complete address of the complaint, the nature of the complaint along with your name and telephone number so we may contact you if we have questions.
There are several ways to report a nuisance violation.
To file a complaint just fill out the 'Complaint Form' and email it to us.
