The City of Beatrice provides City-wide mosquito spraying during the summer months to help control the adult population. Spraying locations and frequency is determined by use of light traps. Light traps are used for evaluating mosquito population numbers and species identification. This information can then be used to determine when and where it is necessary to spray. |
